Become the Energy Center of Change

The thought came to me:
 
The Energy Center. 

What is energy? What is the center?

This is the dictionary definition:
Energy- strength or force producing effect
 
Center- the point which remains at rest while all the other parts of a body mover around it

My thought on what Center is really is the combination of the two words.

Center-the action ( energy) 
 going within oneself(center) 

 to produce outward change.




The Chakras- The 7 Chakras are the energy centers in our body in which energy flows through.
Blocked energy in our 7 Chakras can often lead to illness so it's important to understand what each Chakra represents and what we can do to keep this energy flowing freely.

Everything on this Earth is energy and we are all connected. What we do to the Earth. We do to ourselves.

 We can begin the change with ourselves for change starts there. Taking Responsibility for our health and taking responsibility to learn more than just believing what the news media wants you to believe as the truth. Learning that there are alternative ways to heal rather than just believing what the medical doctor tells you.

 These are ways to start that will produce inward and outward effect of positive change. You will become The Energy Center of change.
