It's always darkest before the dawn

When things seem to fall apart in your life a person can feel sorry for themselves or a person can try to push through the darkness that they are feeling.  It is a hard time, especially when it is cold outside and even when, sometimes, it is cold inside the place you live.
I know this feeling well of hopelessness. I know that just like the darkness of the night, it creates depression. It weighs heavy on the soul in its anticipation of the sun coming up. The person holds on with the hope that the sun will take away their darkness. When the sun shows the morning light of hope, it is the new day for all creation to have the chance to try one more time. It is a time to have the faith that this day, just maybe, a baby step of change will happen.
             Psalm 18:28
  "You, O LORD, keep my lamp burning;
   my God turns my darkness into light."

Whether you believe in God or not, you still believe in something. A person will have the belief there is a God or they will have the belief there is No God. Is it not better to believe that there is a higher being or energy that is there for us? Why not take that spent energy of disbelief and focus it onto the belief that it will get you through to the morning light of hope.

"I once complained that I had no shoes until I met a man with no feet." Author: Unknown

 You have the power to create how you feel. Why not take the time to start a list of the things you are grateful for in this life. You maybe surprised that there are many more thing in your life that are wonderful.
Remember without rain there can be no flowers, trees and/or the food source that we humans survive on. Therefore, the tears you shed help you release the pent up emotions that clear the way for growth.

“You must be the person you have never had the courage to be. Gradually, you will discover that you are that person, but until you can see this clearly, you must pretend and invent.”
― Paulo Coelho

Lastly,what we eat or do not eat plays an important part on how we feel. Take the time to do the research that will help you take back your life.
